We feel it is time that we offer our 40 hp Pellet Mill for sale. This Pellet Mill is capable of making feed pellets, hay & straw pellets, as well as fuel pellets (our focus was on the Straw Pelletz). 

This 40HP Pellet Mill is designed to handle primary processing of straw and/or hay, a secondary process is available for additional products like grains and additives to be mixed in prior to pelletizing. There is a cooling process then into storage or packaging.

It is a turn-key solution, ready for production! The 40 hp Pellet Mill comes with a Generator (175 kw, 480v), a bale processor, an auxiliary feed hopper, 3 control panels, power distribution 3 disconnects (480v 3 ph), dust mitigation systems, a moisture injection system, a silo, a 40 hp hammer mill, numerous motors (from ½ hp to 40 hp), conveyors, a bag filling system (not shown in video), a set of drawings and many more items that are too numerous to mention.
